Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail stores.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are custom made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

  • Address mistakes entered at checkout

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Wrong Address Provided

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order has already shipped, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
