Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and incur separate shipping charges.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally. However:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at oddscubs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
